House Histories LLC, a small local business, will research the history of your home in Coral Gables and the City of Miami and provide you with a digital narrative report.
The company's owner, Alex Nevarez, believes strongly in the value of preserving historic homes and the stories behind them for future generations. A former educator, Alex is highly skilled in research and has a great eye for detail with historical documents and genealogy. His teaching experience allows him to take information from historical sources, interpret it, and present that information in a thoughtful and user-friendly format to the client.
If you own an historic home in Coral Gables or in the City of Miami's neighborhoods of Coconut Grove, Morningside, Buena Vista, Shenandoah or Silver Bluff, House Histories LLC will thoroughly research the history of your property for you.
Research and digital report fee
Your digital house history report will contain a detailed narrative history of your property with information on the generations who lived there long before you. Included in your report will be a brief historical overview of your neighborhood and electronic copies of all located documents and images found during the research period. A complete list of sources used while researching also will be provided. The digital report will be emailed to you as a PDF document. The entire process will take approximately four weeks to complete. The fee for this service is $950.
